Q: What is your minimum order?
A: The order requirement for first orders is $100, and $75 for reorders.
Q: How do I know what multiple or pack quantity a particular item is sold in?
A: Order multiples are listed in parentheses ( ) after the price of each item in the catalog. Price listed is for one piece only. In the web store, order multiples are listed by the product name in parentheses ( ).
Q: What types of credit cards do you accept?
A: We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and American Express (AMEX).
Q: What are your normal business hours?
A: Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard time
Q: How do I apply for Net 30 terms?
A: A fully completed credit application is required. Please allow four weeks to process.
