Triloka Herbal Incense (Triloka Original, Premium and Cone Incense)
Since
1977, the Triloka brand has offered high quality hand-rolled natural
incense. Triloka incense products are masala (mixtures of herbs,
gums, resins, woods, oils), or masala-charcoal. Used traditionally for
aromatherapy or purification purposes, each fragrance has a unique
formula. Triloka incense can be enjoyed even after years of storage.
Handmade by Indian cottage industries with 150 years of
tradition. ABSOLUTELY NO DIPPING! (90% of the incense on the
market is made from blank sticks dipped in perfume compound. This
dipping process is quick and cheap, and the fragrance starts to
evaporate after six months.)
Our Indian incense supplier is a small family business. The profits from the business support a small Ayurvedic clinic established over 20 years ago. The clinic offers free treatment and medication to all people in the area.

Triloka Ayurvedic Meditation Incense
Triloka Ayurvedic incense is hand blended and hand rolled. The base is
a sandalwood powder combined with traditional mixtures of herbs, gums,
resins, etc. The herbs used are from a traditional Ayurvedic recipe.
Herbs and resins with various qualities are blended in their natural
form. No oils are used, only frankincense and gum type resins. All this
is ground together along with the sandalwood powder to create a masala
or mixture of herbs.
Traditionally, these herbs, or masala, were burned on coals. We have
rolled these herbs onto bamboo sticks to make them easier to use. The
nature of the substance used in the Ayurvedic incense requires that it
be thicker, therefore these sticks have a longer burning time than
most.
We highly recommend the Ayurvedic incense for meditation and other
types of relaxing or healing activities. They can also be used to
create smoke for “clearing” crystals and other objects. These types of
herbs would traditionally be burned in public places or in temples to
insure the attraction of good spirits or to alleviate any negative
entities in the atmosphere.
Triloka Ayurvedic Meditation incense is based on the Ayurvedic Tri-Dosha system of balance. Triloka Ayurvedic Meditation incense is intended to be “dosha-enhnacing”. Use Vatta to increase the “Air” dosha, for example.
Ayurvedic Red – Pitta (Fire)- This incense is prepared following the genuine, traditional blending of incense. This completely herbal mixture contains more than eighty pure, aromatic Ayurvedic herbs. The mild aroma of this incense is perfect for spreading peace and aroma in meditation and healing ceremonies.
Ayurvedic Blue – Vatta (Air) - Prepared strictly in accordance with ancient traditional incense manufacturing techniques. Uses many rare Ayurvedic aromatic and purifying herbs, roots and resins.
Ayurvedic Green- Kapha (Water) - This stick is a traditional blend of ten Ayurvedic spices and herbs. According to Ayurveda, burning of these ten ingredients has a purifying and soothing effect on atmosphere and mind.
Global Shaman® Smudge Wands & Native American Gift Set
“Shaman”
is the Siberian word for “Spiritual Healer”, and is now widely used for
healers of all indigenous cultures. Shamans act as intermediaries
between the spirit world and human kind.
Our Global Shaman smudges contain some of the same sacred herbs that North and South American Shamans use for their sacred purposes. The herbs for our Global Shaman Smudge Wands are gathered by Native Americans, with great care and respect for the environment.
Our Mountain Sage, Cedar, Lavender and Lavender Smudge strengthens and provides new energy in times of mental and physical exhaustion, recharges the energy of indoor and outdoor spaces and provides balance and grounding. Lavender grows in warm, dry climates. It is balancing, refreshing, soothing and grounding.
The White Sage Smudge is the most common incense burning plant used by Native Americans.
White Sage (Salvia Apiana) is traditionally used as a space clearing
plant, to remove negative energy indoors and out. It supports healing
rituals, sweat lodge ceremonies and festivals. Its fresh herbal
fragrance rejuvenates the mind and enhances mental clarity and memory.
The Yerba Santa Smudge is used to strengthen the mind and lead to trust and inner growth. It is burned to neutralize harmful energy and to support healing ceremonies. It is said to strengthen the mind and lead to trust and inner growth.
The Mountain Sage Smudge is used to promote new beginnings, strength, and space clearing. Mountain Sage (Artemisisa Tridentata) also called Desert Mugwort, grows at high altitudes and in arid desert climates. It collects the energy surrounding it and releases it when burned. It strengthens and provides new energy in times of exhaustion.
Our Sage and Cedar Smudge is used to encourage transformation, strength and clarity. Sage and cedar grow at high altitude and carry the energy of clarity and strength which is released when burning. They transform negative vibrations and recharge space with new energy.
In our Global Shaman Native American Gift Set, we include Mountain Sage, Cedar and Lavender, White Sage, and Yerba Santa Smudges. Also included is our “Prosperity” Medicine Bag containing a mixture of herbs to create an atmosphere conducive for success and our “Dreams and Visions” Dream Pillow with a mixture that creates energy of clarity and positive vibrations for peaceful sleep and clear dreams.
An Abalone Shell is provided as the traditional vessel for smudging, used to extinguish smudges. And last but not least, a Turtle Fetish,
hand carved from bone and adorned with semi-precious beads is also
included. The turtle is a symbol of strength and plays an
important role in Native American myth.
These timeless healing tools are presented in our handmade box adorned with colorful graphics.
Triloka Ayurvedic Chakra Incense
Our Ayurvedic Chakra incense line has been custom blended to
incorporate ancient knowledge of Vedic medicine and the yogic knowledge
of the energy that emanates through the charkas (energy centers of the
body). Ayurveda, the “science of healthy life” originated in the
Himalayas thousands of years ago. Aromatherapy has been part of this
Vedic tradition for ages. In Ayurveda, certain flowers, woods, herbs,
resins, and oils are recommended to bring about the balance of energy
resulting in a healthy body and mind. We have taken great care to
create incense that not only smells wonderful, but also emits the
beneficial vibrations of the plant essence. In some instances we have
blended the plant in its various forms (i.e. rose oil and rose petals)
to enhance the energy of the incense while burning.
Chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning wheel or vortex. We have seven main Chakras (energy centers).
Each Chakra is connected to certain parts of the body, as well as with
our mind and spiritual development. Chakras can be activated and
balanced to create a life of harmony, health and spiritual awakening.
Our package design for the Chakra incense reflects the traditional
symbol and color of each Chakra. The back of the packaging provides an
explanation of the Chakra, the special ingredients used, their
benefits, as well as general information about Chakras and the science
of Ayurveda.

natural causes.

Seven-Metal Singing Bowls
A singing bowl is a type of bell shaped as a bowl. They come in many
shapes and sizes and ours are made using seven metals: copper, tin,
iron zinc, lead, silver and gold. Singing bowls were traditionally made
throughout Asia. The tradition continues today in Nepal, India, China,
and Japan. Vibration is the most essential characteristic of singing
bowls. For centuries the pure vibrations of singing bowls have been
used for healing, meditation, making music and purifying negative
influences. Doctors have used them for diagnostics, Monks used them for
offerings, and Shamans used them for esoteric purposes.
How to play a singing bowl:
Singing bowls are played by striking or “singing”. Bells are made to be
struck, and singing bowls sound wonderful when struck with a soft
mallet or wooden stick. Larger bowls may also be made to “sing” by
rubbing a stick around the lip of the bowl, which produces a chord of
harmonic tones. The sound is soothing and relaxing, inducing peace and
tranquility.
Care Instructions: Wash with soapy water to clean, and dry thoroughly. Do not drop on a hard surface or hit with another metal object.
Tibetan Cymbals (Tingshas)
Our Tingshas are made in sets of two, and matched according to the
tone. They are made of a special alloy with the thickness and shape
being important elements in creating the beautiful overtones. The
Tibetan Tingshas are traditionally used for ceremonial functions
throughout the Himalayan regions of Nepal, Tibet, India and Bhutan.
When struck together the sound fills the atmosphere with reverberating
overtones and helps one to clear the mind of thoughts. Tingshas are
used before a meditation sitting or while chanting mantras. They can
also be used with certain instruments but are not specifically
tuned. Various motifs accompany the Tingshas - the most popular
are mantras, the eight auspicious symbols, or dragons. The dragon is a symbol of supreme spirituality and the image of divine power of transformation.

Copper Bracelets
Copper Facts:
Copper was the first metal known to man. For 10,000 years it has been
fashioned into jewelry and small tools. Copper has high conductivity,
is malleable and flexible which explains its extensive use, from
electrical wiring to building materials. Recent research shows that
copper inhibits bacterial growth. Copper is also an important mineral,
necessary for metabolism of all living organisms. We ingest it through
different foods.
Uses of Copper Bracelets : The use of metals for medicinal purposes is found throughout recorded history. For more than 30 years copper bracelets have been popular. There have been claims that the wearing of copper bracelets alleviates the symptoms of arthritis, rheumatism, tendonitis, and carpal tunnel syndrome.
Caution: These copper bracelets are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Do not use this product as a substitute for necessary treatment. Consult a physician before use if any medical condition exists.
Cleaning instructions: Bracelet may discolor with use.
Immerse in a mixture of white vinegar and table salt and copper will
shine like new! Rinse with water and dry immediately.
All of our copper bracelets come with information cards about copper bracelets, and bracelets containing magnets, dragons, or mantras have explanations of those features as well.
Magnet Facts: Magnetic fields can be generated by natural phenomena, i.e. the earth’s magnetism, solar storms or the chemical reactions in the human body. They are also created by electrical devices such as motors, power lines, computers, etc. While strong magnetic fields of electrical equipment can be harmful to health, controlled magnetic fields can be used to increase physical health and healing. Research has shown that magnetic field therapy may alleviate and reduce pain, improve circulation and support the body’s healing abilities. Learn more about magnetic field therapy over the internet or at the library.
Dragon Lore: In China the Dragon is an auspicious symbol of spirituality and the
power of transformation. It represents “Yang,” the masculine energy,
strength, activity and the principals of heaven. Thus it is the emblem
of the Imperial Family. Feng Shui uses the Dragon as the principal
symbol of good land formations and the Dragon’s breath “Chi” is the
symbol of cosmic breath or life energy. Chinese astrology shows the
Dragon as the symbol for the years 2000, 1988, 1976, 1964, 1952, 1940,
1928, etc. We wish you good luck with this powerful symbol.
OM Namah Shivaya
: The Mantra (prayer) “OM Namah Shivaya” means “I honor the divine
within.” In Asian tradition, Mantras appear on art or objects of daily
use as a reminder to practice silent prayer. These Mantras are regarded
as protective and liberating
Sandalwood Bracelets
Our Sandalwood bracelets are made from a total of 28 pure Mysore Sandalwood
beads from Southern India. Based on Vedic and Buddhist tradition, the
large bead represents the teacher or teachings, and is called the Meru
Bead, named after the mystical mountain named Meru. Sandalwood is
calming, cooling and helps to facilitate meditation. The natural
fragrance of the sandalwood beads will last for years, with no oils
added.
Rudraksha Seed Bracelet
The term “Rudraksha” has been derived from the combination of two
Sanskrit words, Rudra meaning “Lord Shiva” and aksha meaning tears.
Based on Vedic and Hindu scriptures, the mystical powers of the
Rudraksha beads are said to bring the wearer health, happiness, and
success, and to facilitate meditation.
